About Truebuild Yachts
I formed Managed Data Services in the early 90’s to
provide consulting services and information technology to manufacturing
companies. The business has grown into Truebuild
Yachts owing to a lifelong
associations with yachts.
I have over 35 years of experience in the marine industry. 30 years of that experience is in yacht building in an executive role with yacht builders that built over 7000 boats during my time with them. These builders are Ericson Yachts, Pacific Seacraft, Nordhavn, and Northwest Trawlers among others.
Builders of large yachts generally get the major things correct, but are challenged by the growing complexity of customization, system integration and the number of features on a modern yacht to achieve “zero defect” execution of the hundreds of details that ultimately have a significant effect on the experience for buyers and builders of new yachts.
